# AI Team Starter Pack
### by FounderVibe Advisory
**Seven specialists. Thirty minutes. Your first AI team.**

---

> **A note on honesty, up front.** The specialist personas this pack installs come from the open-source ecosystem — they're free, and every one is linked and attributed below. What you bought is the system around them: the curation (7 picks out of 70+, chosen for founder leverage), the 30-minute install path, the activation prompts that load *your* business context into every specialist, and the operating manual that makes a pile of personas behave like a team.

> **[PUBLISHER TODO before selling]:** fill every `[REPO SLOT]` with your verified source: persona collection name · repo link · license (must permit this use — no LICENSE file = do not include) · date checked. Only include personas you have personally run.

---

## Part 1 — Install (30 minutes, once)

**What a "specialist" technically is:** a persona file — structured instructions that turn a general AI assistant into a focused role. No code, no servers. If you can save a file and paste a prompt, you can run a team.

**Step 1 · Pick your runtime (5 min).** Any of these works:
- **Claude Projects** (easiest): one Project per specialist, persona as project instructions
- **An agent runtime / desktop agent app**: one persona file per agent profile
- **Plain chat**: paste the persona at the start of a session (works, but you lose persistence — upgrade later)

**Step 2 · Write your Context Kit (15 min).** This is the step that makes the team *yours* — skip it and you've hired seven strangers. Create four short files (skeletons in Part 4):
`positioning.md` · `icp.md` · `voice.md` · `offers.md`
Worst-draft rule applies: three honest sentences per file beat a blank page.

**Step 3 · Install the Starter Seven (10 min).** For each specialist below: download the persona from the linked repo → create the Project/profile → paste persona + attach your four context files → run its Activation Task (on the role card). When the activation output sounds like *your* company, the specialist is hired.

---

## Part 2 — The Starter Seven (role cards)

Chosen from 70+ open-source specialists by one filter: **what makes a pre-revenue founder money or saves them a day, this month.** Logo designers and CV writers are lovely; they didn't make the cut.

### 01 · The Growth Lead
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — growth/marketing-strategy persona]`
**Mission:** owns the question "what should we do next to grow?" — your weekly counterweight to random acts of marketing.
**Activation Task:** *"Here are my context files. Propose this week's top 3 growth moves, each with effort estimate and expected signal. Challenge one assumption in my positioning."*
**First 3 real tasks:** weekly priority call · channel review ("what are we doing that produces nothing?") · pre-mortem on your next launch.
**Hands off to:** Copywriter (execution), Researcher (open questions).

### 02 · The Market Researcher
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — market-research persona]`
**Mission:** evidence before opinions — competitor moves, customer language, demand signals. Output standard: findings with sources, never vibes.
**Activation Task:** *"Read my ICP file. List the 5 places these people gather online and the 3 pains they voice most, with example phrasings."*
**First 3:** competitor teardown of your top 2 · voice-of-customer mining for your niche · pricing landscape scan.
**Hands off to:** Growth Lead (implications), Offer Builder (pricing input).

### 03 · The Copywriter
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — copywriting persona]`
**Mission:** everything customer-facing that's written — pages, posts, product copy — always *from* `voice.md`, never from model defaults.
**Activation Task:** *"Rewrite my homepage headline 5 ways using my voice file. Then tell me which one you'd bet on and why."*
**First 3:** landing page pass · one pillar post from your best idea · rewrite your worst-performing piece.
**Hands off to:** Social Strategist (distribution), Outreach Specialist (message versions).

### 04 · The Outreach Specialist
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — cold-email/outreach persona]`
**Mission:** first conversations with strangers — cold emails and DMs that sound like a person, plus follow-up cadences you'll actually run.
**Activation Task:** *"Based on my ICP and offer files: draft a 3-touch outreach sequence for [specific segment]. No 'I hope this finds you well.'"*
**First 3:** 20-prospect first-touch batch · follow-up cadence for non-responders · warm-intro ask template.
**Hands off to:** Growth Lead (what converted, weekly).

### 05 · The Social Strategist
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — social-media strategy persona]`
**Mission:** turns your one channel (pick one!) from posting-when-guilty into a system: cadence, formats, repurposing from pillar content.
**Activation Task:** *"Given my ICP and voice: propose a 2-week content rhythm for [channel] with 3 recurring formats I can sustain solo."*
**First 3:** 14-day calendar · repurpose this week's pillar into 4 platform-native posts · hook rewrite session on your last 5 posts.
**Hands off to:** Copywriter (drafts), Growth Lead (channel verdict monthly).

### 06 · The Offer Builder
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — pricing/offer persona]`
**Mission:** the money conversation — packaging, pricing, and the words that justify both. The specialist founders avoid and need most.
**Activation Task:** *"Stress-test my offers file: where is the value unclear, where am I underpriced, what would a skeptical buyer object to first?"*
**First 3:** price-frame your main offer against alternatives · design a down-sell for "not yet" leads · write the guarantee.
**Hands off to:** Copywriter (offer copy), Growth Lead (test plan).

### 07 · The Ops Assistant
**Persona source:** `[REPO SLOT — business-assistant/onboarding persona]`
**Mission:** the glue — client onboarding steps, checklists, summaries, follow-up tracking. Protects your calendar from your own success.
**Activation Task:** *"Design my client onboarding as a checklist from 'payment received' to 'first value delivered', based on my offers file."*
**First 3:** onboarding checklist · weekly review template · turn your messiest recurring task into a runbook.
**Hands off to:** everyone — it keeps the minutes.

## Part 3 — Running the team (20 min/week)

- **The Monday Huddle (10 min):** ask the Growth Lead for the week's top 3, route each to a specialist, done.
- **One channel, one offer, one segment.** The Starter Seven multiply focus; they cannot replace it.
- **The handoff rule:** specialists talk *through you*, on purpose. You paste output from one to another — that review moment is your quality control and your learning.
- **The Friday Five (10 min):** What ran? What was embarrassing? What prompt goes in the library? Which specialist earned their seat? What's next week's #1?
- **Never automate:** pricing decisions, apologies, legal answers, anything you'd want to have written yourself in a crisis.

**When you outgrow this pack** (you'll feel it: too many paste-handoffs), the upgrade path is workflows that connect specialists automatically — that's the Agent Stack Playbook (method) or the AI Marketing OS (we build it for you, your pack price counts toward it for 30 days).

## Part 4 — Context Kit skeletons

**positioning.md** — We are [category] for [ICP]. Unlike [alternative], we [difference]. We win when the buyer cares about [value].
**icp.md** — Role/situation · trigger moment · pain in their words (3 quotes) · main objection · where they gather.
**voice.md** — 3 adjectives · always-words · never-words · one paragraph that sounds exactly like us.
**offers.md** — table: offer · promise · price · what's next up the ladder.
